Volunteer Motorcycle Support Needed:  Triathlon Support

For each race we need at least 4 motorcycles come out to assist in the event.  Two will carry drafting officials, one will lead out the first cyclist and one will follow the last cyclist.

Details for the events are as follows:

Date Location Duration Attendance Distance
8 June Yorktown, VA 0630-0930 600 Athletes 11 Miles
6 September Jamestown, VA 0630-1300 800 Athletes 56 Miles
7 September Jamestown, VA 0630-1000 800 Athletes 12 & 24 Miles

Any and all support for these events is appreciated.  As always well have plenty of food and drink available after the race for your crew.  And in 2008 well donate $40/motorcycle to your group for your support.  Like I said, we appreciate your help.

Thanks in advance for your support and if you have any questions please dont hesitate to contact me.  I can be reached via email at greg@setupevents.com or by phone at 336-577-2801.

Sincerely,
Greg Hawkins

Nate Kern Wins Four National Championships

Mainline BMW of Devon, PA and race pilot Nate Kern snagged four national championships in October's Race of Champions. This annual event held at Daytona International Speedway grids the winners of each region around the country against each other. In each race, the R1200S won in commanding fashion, defeating some of the best riders in the country. The victory is all the more impressive since the bike is virtually stock.

Additionally, for the second consecutive season, Main Line held onto the #1 plate by winning the overall CCS Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Championship. Within those overall #1 championships Nate won nine class championships in total. Five were in the Mid Atlantic region, including the ultra competitive Unlimited Superbike and Unlimited Supersport Championships aboard the K1200R PowerCup bike. Four additional championships were in the Southeast region as well.
